Black Truffle Mac & Cheese

At Ocean Prime New York, the Truffle Mac & Cheese is made with a housemade three-cheese blend, in house macaroni and topped with fresh parmesan cheese and black truffles. “We use a blend of three cheeses, we use American cheese, Swiss cheese and Cheddar cheese. So we combine all these three cheeses and make a nice creamy sauce and every time that you get that bite of the noodles and cheese, all that creaminess - it just makes it special. I think that’s what makes our mac and cheese great, the creaminess of it, the blend of the cheeses. And just to top that off, once we finish the dish we top it off with parmesan, truffles and white truffle oil,” said chef Eugenio Reyes, executive chef of Ocean Prime New York. This mac and cheese is also available with the addition of lobster for an added fee.
