- ¼ cup of mint leaves
- ½ cup of lime juice
- 4 tablespoons of brown sugar
- Ice cubes
- 500ml of white grape juice
- 500ml of sprite

- Cocktail shaker
- 4 cocktail glasses

DIRECTIONS
Cut each passion fruit in half, then push through a strainer with a sieve.
The seeds should stay in the strainer as the juice filters into the bowl beneath.
Get the most fresh juice possible from each passion fruit by pressing the pulp as firmly as you can.
In a cocktail shaker, mush the mint leaves and brown sugar together.
Add the grape juice and lime juice in the shaker.
Add ice to the shaker, cover it, and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
